General Policy

This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for services and products offered by Peaceful Warrior Dojo LLC.

Digital Courses

Because digital access is usually delivered immediately after purchase, sales are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Consultations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

​

Mentoring

Refunds for mentoring packages, if approved, may be prorated based on services already provided.

​

Future Physical Products

If physical products are sold in the future, return eligibility and instructions will be provided with those products. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
